Aptitude testing is different than other psychometric testing (such as IQ) because it aligns your ability patterns with various tasks and career clusters.

What clients like about aptitude testing is that you’re looking at numbers, letters, diagrams; hearing tones and different rhythmic patterns; you have no idea what it’s measuring, and you can’t bias the results!
