  • No. We are out of network service providers.

  • Aptitude testing is different than other psychometric testing (such as IQ) because it aligns your multiple abilities into patterns and discusses tasks and career clusters that might be a good fit for you.

    What clients like about aptitude testing is that you’re looking at numbers, letters, diagrams; hearing tones and different rhythmic patterns; you have no idea what it’s measuring, so you don’t bias the results as you might a personality test.

  • Our team has served as staff and faculty at several universities around the country. We have administered the Highlands Ability Battery to students and helped them decide on majors. We have coached students on how to find internships and jobs, drop off well-polished resumes, connect with people on LinkedIn, set up informational interviews, rehearse for in-person or zoom interviews, and more!
