BACKGROUND

From coding to coaching, my journey has been a gentle pursuit of my heartfelt desire to uplift others. In my childhood, my quiet demeanor masked a fervent wish to extend support to classmates who found themselves struggling—a little whisper of encouragement here, a supportive gesture there.

This nurturing instinct accompanied me into my career in software development at Fortune 100 companies. There, amidst the hum of computers, I found myself instinctively drawn to the art of career coaching and leadership development, and naturally reaching out to colleagues, eager to help them blossom and achieve their dreams.

Transitioning into residential real estate, I realized that my interactions with clients were more about coaching than selling, guiding them to make their dreams a reality.

In 2017, in search of my life's purpose and reflecting on the health challenges faced by my grandmother, something profound stirred within me. Her journey, marked by strokes and health struggles, deeply resonated in my heart. This gentle nudge led me to explore health coaching, where I could seamlessly meld empathy, care, and my diverse experiences.

Today, I weave together these experiences, offering a distinctive blend of coaching that incorporates insights from tech, real estate, and the corporate world. I am devoted to fostering career and personal development, wellness coaching, health equity, and actively championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. With each individual I encounter, I strive to enrich lives. It has been a fulfilling journey, one where I am truly living life with purpose.
