Life Transition Load Inventory
The Life Transition Load Inventory (LTLI) is a structured life context inventory that helps practitioners identify the cumulative weight of transitions clients may be navigating across seven important domains of life — accounting for transition type (expected, unexpected, sleeper, nonevent) and the relational dimensions of dignity, belonging, and safety. Developed through faculty coaches of Georgetown's Health and Wellness Coaching program, the LTLI is currently in a practitioner refinement phase, and common questions about the instrument and participation are addressed in the FAQ below.

Practitioner feedback from this phase will inform refinements to the LTLI's language and structure before broader rollout. Aggregate insights will be shared with all participants as part of the development group summary.
